01. Trainee Sales Executives: (Male candidates only)
Activity pattern: Field Sales.
Primary responsibility: Direct sales of CCTV and other electronic security systems by customer acquisition through cold calling in the market.
Qualification: 10 + 02/ Vocational or ITI- Electrician/ Diploma in Engineering preferably electrical or any similar subject
Experience: Fresher/ 06 to 12 months
Location: HO/ Any city (Tehatta/ Krishnanagar/ Shantipur/ Ranaghat or Kalyani) in Nadia district.
He is likely to have a two-wheeler with or without a license. (Need to travel within the assigned area).
02. Asst. Manager/ Coordinator- Sales, Office administration and operations (Female Candidates Only).
Activity pattern: In-House Operations.
Primary responsibility: Coordinating sales of CCTV and other electronic security systems by telephonic communication with customer inquiries coming from several online platforms.
Qualification: 10 + 02/ Vocational or ITI- Electrician/ Diploma in Engineering preferably electrical or any similar subject
Required Skill sets: Communication skills with capabilities of clear understanding of customer requirements. Basic Computer knowledge to prepare reports and other documents as required/ directed. Follow up with the on-field sales and technical/ installation and service team related to sales, billing, payments, dispatch and delivery of the materials and customer service. She is likely to have an adaptive capability to operate among different departments.
Target customer segment: Any.
Experience: Fresher/ 06 to 12 months

03. Executive- Billing and Finance (Preferably Female candidates):
Activity pattern: In-House Operations.
Primary responsibility: Billing and other documentation as required/ directed.
Qualification: +02/ graduate preferably from a commerce background.
Required Skill sets:Basic Computer knowledge of billing software with basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel to prepare reports and other documents as required/ directed.
Experience: Fresher/ 06 to 12 months.
Location: HO.
04. Technician/ Trainee Engineer (Preferably Male candidates):
Activity pattern: On Site.
Primary responsibility: New installation and post-sales customer service support of CCTV and other electronic security systems as directed by office authorities. Product demonstration to the user.
Qualification: 10 + 02/ Vocational or ITI- Electrician/ Diploma in Engineering preferably electrical or any similar subject.
Required Skill sets:Basic knowledge of Electrical wiring.Communication skills with capabilities of clear understanding of customer requirements. Basic Computer knowledge to prepare reports and other documents as required/ directed.
Target customer segment: Any.
Experience: Fresher/ 06 to 12 months
Location: HO/ Any location within or adjacent to Nadia district.
